Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We have warehouses in USA, UK and Australia

All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment. We use express domestic shipping with every order

Yes, all orders are sent with a tracking number

At the moment we ship to USA, UK and Australia. These are where our warehouses are located. We don’t currently ship outside these countries.

In the unlikely case your order doesn’t arrive, we offer a full reship of your order. However, as we ship all AU, US and UK orders from within the country, there is no risk of any customs issues

Yes, all packages are sent to ensure the safety and privacy of your order.

Yes, all our peptides are sent lyophilised (freeze-dried) and kept away from direct sunlight, to guarantee the efficacy of the product.

At the moment Bank Transfer and Card Payment is our only payment method. PayPal and payment processors such as Stripe do not accept payments from Research Peptide Companies. Q: HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PEPTIDES?

Once you have reconstituted your peptides, you should store them in refrigerated conditions. Reconstituted peptides will last a minimum of 4 weeks under these storage conditions
